You place an order for one or several products offered for sale on the Gouffre de Padirac online store.
The procedure for placing an order online consists of the following stages:

What is the 3D secure system ?

3D Secure is called "Verified by Visa" by Visa, and "MasterCard Secure Code" by MasterCard.

This system was invented to avoid NOC (No Card Present) fraud schemes, that is to say the fraudulent payments using stolen credit card (card numbers were stolen, for example).

When performing an online purchase with 3DSecure, you will need to enter the card number, expiration and security code and after entering these information, you will be redirected to the website of your bank for authentication. You will be asked to enter additional information to prove that you are the owner of the card. Each bank is free to choose the authentication method (password, code sent by SMS, date of birth ...).

Once my order is confirmed, what is the shipping time ?

Orders are processed within 3 working days. Added to this processing time, the delivery time of La Poste.

The Customer may withdraw his order directly from the Boutique of the Gouffre de Padirac or benefit from a remote delivery service.

How can I track the parcel ?

The tracking of parcels sent by Colissimo is indicated on the following site: http://www.coliposte.net

Just enter the tracking number of your package in the search bar. This number has been sent to you by email, once the package has been sent; you can also find it in the "My Account" section.

Is it possible to modify my order ?

- If this change occurs after the payment: Please contact our Customer Service (boutique@gouffre-de-padirac.com). We will try to block the shipment of the package, since it has not already been supported by La Poste, and will get back to you to modify your order.
- If you have not yet paid your order: it's very simple, just go back to the previous sections, by clicking on "Back" or by using the arrow back on your browser. Everything is modifiable before payment.

Is it possible to cancel my order ?

You have a period of 14 (fourteen) working days in which to return the products, at your expense, if they fail to give complete satisfaction for any reason whatsoever. If you exercise the right of withdrawal, you will have to fill a form clicking here, and will have the choice between asking our Customer Service for a refund, excepting the charges for returning the item, and exchanging the product for another product of the same quality and value. In order to do this, please cut out and complete the customer return authorization at the bottom of the delivery slip attached to the parcel, and send it with the said product(s) in their original packaging in perfect condition to the following address:

About the delivery of your order

What are the shipping costs and delays ?

Orders are processed within 3 working days. Added to this processing time, the delivery time of La Poste depending on the destination (48 hours in metropolitan France - until 7 days in Europe).

These delivery times are indicative and consultable on the website: www.coliposte.net. You may also withdraw your order directly from the Boutique of the Gouffre de Padirac. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the parcel and the destination.

I want to modify my shipping address

We invite you to contact our Customer Service - boutique@gouffre-de-padirac.com – who will make every effort to redirect the package to the correct address, since it has not already been supported by La Poste.

What is your return policy ?

Nothing easier ! We invite you to:

1. Contact our Customer Service to inform us of your return decision: boutique@gouffre-de-padirac.com

2. Return the package to the address indicated on the delivery slip included in the package; the product(s) must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition. You will also need to fill out the return form at the bottom of the delivery note and send it back to:

What to do if I receive a broken or imperfect product ?

This is an extremely rare case. If such an incident occurs, simply contact our Customer Service: boutique@gouffre-de-padirac.com

You will be asked to take some pictures of the damaged product and send them to us. We will support the return of the product and proceed to a new shipment.

Can I pick my order up directly at the boutique located at the Gouffre de Padirac ?

When confirming your order, you can select the withdrawal in the shop. You will be informed of the availability of your order. Then you just have to go to the boutique located in the Reception Pavilion of the Gouffre de Padirac (free entrance) and present an ID or passport.
